PROBATIONARY CHARTER.
Welcome Proby, this is your first step in becoming part of the brotherhood. Here you will ride with your fellow Brothers and Sisters, patched and prospects alike. You will be required to undergo a period of probation in which the Filthy Few, with the help of the Patched Members, will consider you to one day enter the Club as a full fledged brother at arms.

The Heart of the Motorcycle Club, the patch represents our brothers and sisters who have been initiated into the Club as a full member. This Club holds down their patch in Paleto Bay, the original home to DEVILS OUTCASTS Motorcycle Club. This is a strictly 1% MC and members who breach this rule will risk being denounced and cast out.

NOMAD CHARTER
INACTIVE
The NOMAD Charter consists of Members every bit as much part of the Club as those of the Paleto Bay Chapter yet do not hold to any one location. This Charter is for players who either may not be as active as the Mother Charter is or those seeking a more casual style. While this charter may seem somewhat more carefree than Paleto Bay, Church will still be held and all members are expected to contribute to the over all benefit of the Club alike all others.

There is no greater honor within the Devils Outcasts than to be taken up into the Filthy Few. Your efforts have gone above and beyond and now, no longer will you look to the few but have a say over the fate of the many. Given a seat at this table, you are eligible for a vote in all Club Decisions, extending as far as residing over the Prospects Charter.
