The Bylaws are a Motorcycle Clubs Code of Conduct, the rules in which hold a Club together under the leadership of the Filthy Few. The DEVILS OUTCASTS MC take their Code of Conduct seriously, we are not overly strict yet expect a certain manner of behavior and respect given both inside and outside of the Club. 

 

Below you may find the conduct in which is expected of you. These are subject to change following the decisions made by the Filthy Few and only have the Clubs interests at heart when taking these into account.

GENERAL BYLAWS:

 

  • All Social Club Accounts are to be able to be viewed by the Club, privacy settings of all available options set to friends and crew members at all times.

 

  • The DEVILS OUTCASTS MC Charters are to remain your active Crew.

 

  • There is to be no other Motorcycle Club outside of the DEVILS OUTCASTS MC, represented by any individual member of the Club.

 

  • Any member guilty of the pre-meditated killing of a fellow member of the MC will be considered worthy of a Mayhem Vote; All members will be given a chance to explain themselves and decisions based upon Table Votes.

 

  • During Club meetings, Club Rides and all other miscellaneous events held by the Motorcycle Club, members are expected to ride Choppers and Road Bikes. (No Sports Motorcycles).

 

  • Members are not to shoot on other Motorcycle Clubs unless first fired upon.

 

  • Patch hunting (killing and taking photo's of other clubs patches) is prohibited. This is a clear violation of conduct and a blatant show of disrespect to other MC's. Members guilty of this may be voted out for Mayhem (Kill on sight).

 

  • Firing upon Allies (friends) of the MC is not allowed. Anyone seen putting the Club at risk and starting a potential war with another Club against the advice of an Officer/Table member will be put up to vote for Mayhem.

 

  • Internal conflicts (beef with another member), will be handled by the Filthy Few and may likely result in an unarmed death match providing both members have settled their problems. The death match is to be held in the spirit of the club and to settle all lasting issues, to have fun and remember why we share this Club with one another. It is not a contest of pride.

  • No Passive Mode.

  • Assault Rifles, Submachine-Guns and Pistols are to be your only Arsenal. Everything else is prohibited outside of "Missions and Game-Modes".

  • During Team Death Matches, Members may only use a Pistol when in possession of Bullshark Testosterone (BST).

PROSPECTS & HANGAROUNDS:

 

  • All Prospects/Hangarounds must ride with us and show active participation in all Club events, you must wear your patch and prove your worth as a biker and a brother to this Club.

 

  • All probates must prospect for a duration of One Month before the Club will consider you're worthy of the patch. Your activity and contribution to this Club will mean the difference whether your voted into the brotherhood or not.

 

  • Prospects will follow the instructions of patched members of the Club. However, if they feel they are being undermined or the patched member is in the wrong, they are to approach the President or the Vice-President of their Charter for further advice.​
