DEVILS OUTCASTS MC.
The Devils Outcasts were founded from a small group of Brothers belonging to the former Devils Drifters MC out of Paleto Bay.
Forced to go their own way due to the failing leadership of their former President, the Filthy Few moved to form their own Club, cast out from the Drifters; they became the Devils Outcasts of Paleto Bay.
While the Drifters are no more, the Outcasts ride strong and stand in Loyalty.
An outlaw motorcycle club (sometimes known as a motorcycle gang, biker gang, or bikie gang), is a motorcycle subculture which has its roots in the immediate post-World War II era of American society. It is generally centered on the use of cruiser motorcycles, particularly Harley-Davidsons andchoppers, and a set of ideals which celebrate freedom, nonconformity to mainstream culture and loyalty to the biker group.
Some outlaw motorcycle clubs can be distinguished by a 1% patch worn on the colors. This is said to refer to a comment by the American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) that 99% of motorcyclists were law-abiding citizens, implying the last one percent were outlaws.
The Devils Outcasts MC are one such Club.

Riding out of Los Santos and Paleto Bay, both Charters endorse riding with other Clubs in co-operative play. While Paleto Bay is the more casual of the two, Devils Outcasts Los Santos are making moves to secure alliances with like-minded brothers as they seek to build a formiddible presence within the City.
Looking over both ends of the Devils Outcasts MC, are the Filthy Few. A small group out of both chapters that have earned their place as dependable and loyal Members that help to bring future votes to the table in the best interests of the Motorcycle Club.
Prospects of the Devils Outcasts MC have the opportunity to earn their Patch and become a member of either two Chapters dependant on their playing preferrences. Both share a minimum of two weeks under the Club in which the Patch members can gage whether or not their fit for the Patch. At the end of their Probrationary period, after securing/Recruiting one more Hangaround or Prospect themselves, they will be voted in to become a brother or sister of the Club.
The Hangarounds crew is a Support group for the Devils Outcasts MC. This is where potential prospects come to get to know the Club and are in most cases, only in this crew for a short while unless they're outsiders simply wanting to support our Club.
